How to select the right type of vinyl chloride resin?

Selection should be based on specific product applications and core needs, with key reference dimensions as follows:

1. Inks or plastic processing: Prioritize Binary Vinyl Resins, focusing on their excellent solubility and processing fluidity. (Remark: Here, the ink can be screen printing, gravure printing, or other printing inks.  Plastic processing can be color chips, PVC flooring, ect. )

2. Metal substrates: Choose Carboxyl-Modified Vinyl Terpolymer Resins, leveraging the strong metal adhesion brought by their carboxyl functional groups. (Remark: Metal substrates can be aluminum, tinplate or others. It can be used for pharmaceutical packaging aluminum foil adhesives and metal coatings)

3. Food-contact products: Choose Hydroxyl-Modified Vinyl Terpolymer Resins, which have good compatibility and meet food-grade safety standards. (Remark: Food packaging inks, or Metal can internal coatings)

4. UV coatings or UV inks: Choose special-modified UV-specific vinyl resins, such as 40/43  (Vinyl Chloride-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer, Vinyl acetate content 3-6%, K-value 40-43), which can meet UV curing requirements.
